Account settings are buried three menus deep. Want to change your password? Click your profile icon, then “Account Settings,” then “Security,” then “Change Password.” Four clicks for something that should be one. The deposit page, conveniently, is accessible from every screen with a single click. Priorities, I suppose.

The notification system is aggressive by default. Every bonus, every promotion, every “special offer” pops up as soon as you log in. You can disable them in settings, but the default is maximum noise. It feels like walking into a store and having a salesperson follow you down every aisle shouting about discounts. The “mute notifications” option should be the default, not an afterthought buried in preferences.

One last thing: the game loading screens show a progress bar that lies. It jumps from 10% to 90% in half a second, then hangs at 90% for ten seconds before finally loading. A loading screen that can’t accurately estimate its own progress is the digital equivalent of a bus schedule written in crayon. It works, but it doesn’t inspire confidence.
